These Terms & Conditions apply to every Hajj package, Umrah package, hotel booking and custom package arranged by Warda Salsabil ("we", "us", "our"). By sending a booking request or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only once we have received the required deposit and sent you a written confirmation (by email, WhatsApp or invoice).
- Prices shown on the website are per person unless stated otherwise, and are subject to availability until the booking is confirmed.
- The details of each package — hotels, room sharing, flights and inclusions — are those shown on the package page and in your confirmation. Where a package has its own terms, those apply alongside these.
2. Payments
- A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid by the date shown on your invoice.
- If the balance is not paid on time, we may cancel the booking and apply the charges set out in our Cancellation Policy.
- Prices are set in good faith but may change before full payment if airfares, Saudi government fees, visa charges, taxes or exchange rates change. We will tell you of any change before you pay.
3. Travel Documents and Visas
- You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date, and for giving us accurate personal details.
- We apply for Hajj and Umrah visas on your behalf, but the decision rests with the Saudi authorities. We cannot be held responsible for a visa that is refused or delayed.
- Vaccination and health requirements set by the Saudi Ministry of Health must be met before travel.
4. Changes to Your Booking
- If you wish to change a confirmed booking (names, dates, room sharing or hotels), please contact us as early as possible. Changes depend on availability and may carry a fee.
- Name changes may not be possible once a visa or airline ticket has been issued.
5. Changes by Us
- Occasionally we may need to change part of your arrangements, for example a hotel of the same or higher standard, or a flight time. We will tell you as soon as we can.
- Hajj arrangements in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah are allocated by the Saudi authorities and may differ from what was planned.
6. Your Conduct
- You agree to follow the laws of Saudi Arabia and the guidance of our group leaders during the journey.
- We may refuse to continue providing services to anyone whose behaviour puts other pilgrims at risk.
7. Liability
- We act with reasonable care in arranging your journey. We are not liable for events beyond our control, including government decisions, airline schedule changes, natural events, illness or security situations.
- We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
8. Complaints
If something is not right during your journey, please tell your group leader straight away so we can try to fix it on the spot. Any complaint after your return should reach us in writing within 30 days.
9. Contact
