We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how a cancellation or refund is handled for Hajj packages, Umrah packages, hotel bookings and custom packages arranged by Warda Salsabil.
1. How to Cancel
- A cancellation must be sent to us in writing — by email or WhatsApp — by the person who made the booking.
- The cancellation takes effect on the day we receive it, and we will confirm it in writing.
2. Package-Specific Policies
Each package may carry its own cancellation terms, shown on the package page and in your booking confirmation. Where they exist, they take priority over the general rules on this page.
3. Costs That Cannot Be Refunded
Some costs are paid to third parties as soon as your booking is processed, and cannot be returned to you once they have been incurred:
- Visa fees and Saudi government charges (including Nusuk and Hajj service fees).
- Airline tickets once issued — refunds follow the airline's own fare rules.
- Hotel nights that the hotel or supplier will not release or refund.
- Bank, payment and currency-exchange charges.
4. Refunds
- Any refund due is calculated after deducting the costs above and our service charge for the work already done on your booking.
- Refunds are paid to the person who made the payment, by the same method where possible, normally within 30 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
5. Cancellation by Us
If we must cancel your booking for reasons within our control, you may choose an alternative package of similar value or a full refund of the money paid to us.
If a journey cannot go ahead because of a decision by the Saudi or Bangladesh authorities, an airline, or another event beyond our control, we will refund whatever we are able to recover from suppliers.
6. No-Shows and Unused Services
No refund is given for a missed departure, or for any part of the journey that is not used once it has begun.
